Cousin Bea was my Dad's first cousin through marriage. Bea's father, Nute Westfall, married Dad's aunt, Ella Bradford. Virginia was Bea's half-sister and looks to be under a year old here so the photo was probably taken in 1914 in either West Virginia or western Pennsylvania.
